We recently attended a search and rescue exercise in Pulaski County, Virginia. Agencies from two different jurisdictions, with incompatible radios, were assigned to logistics.
We recently observed a search and rescue exercise, which included military support by an Army National Guard helicopter unit. We made the following video to explain how the ICRI is used to improve communications and coordination, between agencies, during these type of operations.
